CHARITY WATER
an international non-governmental organization bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations
The Seven Keys Foundation is proud to collaborate with Charity Water, an amazing organization whose mission is to bring clean and safe drinking water to people in developing countries, with 100% of public donations funding sustainable water projects. Approximately 785 million people live without clean drinking water, and 300,000 kids under the age of 5 die every year from inadequate water and sanitation. Think about how lucky we are the next time you fill up your water glass at home or take a hot shower! For people in developing countries, clean water can change everything.
Through The Seven Keys Foundation we are fully sponsoring the building of a new, clean water well for a community in Malawi, Africa! Malawi is one of Africa's most densely populated and least developed countries with 70% of the population living below the income poverty line and 35% of the rural population lacking access to clean drinking water.
What are we funding exactly? It costs a minimum of $10,000 to fund a well with a handpump that will continue to serve a community of 200 people in Malawi, Africa. Handpumps are used when groundwater is available and reachable by either mechanical or manual drilling methods. Charity Water partners with indigenous people in the local communities to understand which solution best fits their needs. The goal is to make sure the community is fully responsible for that entire water project, even after installation.

Join us in providing clean water for an entire village for life! Every bit counts towards making a difference.

ONE TREE PLANTED
environmental non-profit organization that plants trees to help restore forests around the world
The Seven Keys Foundation believes that trees are essential to life. This year we partnered with One Tree Planted , a global environmental nonprofit that is helping to restore the world's forests in the most vulnerable regions around the globe. Trees are the longest living species on earth, they provide oxygen and filter the air we breathe, are habitats for thousands of animals, and play a key role in trapping rainwater and reducing the risk of natural disasters.

Our donation in 2021 has already supported the planting of 5,000 fruit trees. India has lost over 40% of its natural forest cover in the last 95 years and restoring forests will improve the lives and air quality for an estimated 275 million people by providing food security, income potential, establishing nurseries and creating jobs for the community.
Planting of local fruit trees will provide harvesting opportunities for local farmers and their families. This allows employment in nurseries, as well as reliable and nutritious food sources, acting as a form of insurance for the future even in difficult times.

This project will benefit widowed woman and other marginalized community members through employment in seedling nurseries. Local communities will also have the opportunity to grow economically through nurseries and 3 years after planting, each tree will help generate additional income averaging US $10 per tree per year.

Every dollar donated = one tree planted. Please join us in supporting the reforestation of India, every dollar counts towards making a difference!

My Friend's Place
a human services organization that assists and inspires homeless youth to build self-sufficient lives
The Seven Keys Foundation believes that supporting our youth and young adults is supporting our future. This year, we are proud to partner with My Friend's Place, a community space and safe haven which provides comprehensive human services for homeless youth between the ages of 12-25 in LA County.
On average, there are 4,000 homeless youth on the streets in Los Angeles on any given night and over 4 million homeless youth around the United States. My Friend's Place provides a variety of programs for youth that come to their facilities in Hollywood, CA. These services include their Safe Haven program which provides necessary human services such as shelter, showers, meals, and warm clothes, to dynamic services such as crisis care, one-on-one employment support, health and well-being services, and continuing education opportunities.
We felt it was important to give back to a local community during the holidays and this was one of the best ways to support a solution to help homeless youth move off the streets and lead the self-sufficient lives they deserve. Please join us in supporting My Friend's Place.
